Your repair will be free of charge if your Eibenstock machine has a manufacturing fault and is still within the warranty period, for more information see our terms & conditions on warranty repairs below
We offer a collect, repair & re-deliver service for out of warranty repairs. The cost for an hour’s labour, inspection and service is £46.80 inc vat Payment is needed upfront before we can proceed. Spare parts and labour beyond the first hour are charged as extra
Once we have inspected the machine, we will contact you to advise our best estimate of the cost of the repair including spare parts and any additional labour that may be required. We will agree this with you before carrying out the work. It is not always possible for us to accurately diagnose a fault without replacement and testing parts that could lead to potential faults
When booking in your repair you will be asked for the serial and model number of your machine
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eibenstock machines are guaranteed one year for trade use. For MEGAMIXER power tools the motor and gearbox are guaranteed for two years
Eibenstock power tools will offer many years of service if used and maintained correctly
Repairs will be chargeable if there is evidence of misuse
All repairs, service and maintenance should be carried out by an approved repair workshop
If you purchased the machine through a reseller we require proof of purchase
Exclusions to EIBENSTOCK manufacturer’s warranty include:
- Damage to the electric plug, cable and switch
- Damage to the clutch
- Faults arising from excessively worn brushes
- Evidence of misuse or damage to the machine
- The machine has continued to be used after an obvious fault
- Warranties are invalidated where motor bodies or gearboxes have been opened or repairs are attempted by unauthorised persons

Spares will only be supplied if they are to be fitted by a qualified power tool repair workshop
