Making A Purchase
PLEASE NOTE - WE ONLY ACCEPT ORDERS FROM THE UK.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout', and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Please be aware that we always require a signature from you when our couriers deliver your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests for your parcel to be left somewhere without a signature
We only accept Visa and Mastercard credit card payments processed through our SecureTrading account.
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a price change, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Take your order to your local tool supplier, and they can contact us directly by phone; we will supply your local reseller, merchant or dealer even if they do not have an account with us
You can pay by Credit/Debit card online or by cheque with order, allow 10 days for cheque to clear
With regards to all deliveries, we will try our best to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment (allow 10 days for cheques to clear) International orders are generally received in under 21 days
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If you place an order before 2 pm and you live in the UK, we will try and get your order to you on the next working day.
However, this can be dependent on:
The goods you have ordered are in stock
The funds being in place - i.e. your credit card needs to be authorised for the value of the order
All other security checks must be passed successfully
This is not a guaranteed service and can take 2/3 days for delivery
Please note: If you place your order after 2 pm on weekdays, at the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday, then your order will be processed the next working day
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
We only despatch orders to the UK. For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added. For orders made from Guernsey or Jersey, VAT is free
