If your machine has a manufacturing fault and is under one year warranty, your repair will be free of charge. For more information, see our terms & conditions on warranty repairs below
If the machine is outside the warranty period, we offer a collect, repair & re-deliver service. The cost for this is £46.80 inc vat and an hour labour for the engineer to strip it down, check it and service it. This payment is needed upfront before we can proceed
We will contact you once the machine has been stripped and checked in our workshop. If any parts are needed, there will be an additional cost, and we will quote for the parts before we complete the repair
When booking your repair, you will be asked for the serial and model number of your machine
WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our machines are guaranteed for one year for normal trade use
If it is used and maintained correctly, it will offer many years of use
Repairs will be chargeable if there is evidence of misuse
All repairs, services and maintenance should be carried out by an approved repair workshop
For MEGAMIXER power tools, the motor and gearbox are guaranteed for two years
If you purchased the machine through a reseller, please can you supply proof of sale
Exclusions to EIBENSTOCK manufacturer’s warranty include:
Damage to the electric plug, cable and switch
Evidence of misuse or damage to the machine
The machine has continued to be used after an obvious fault
The brushes are excessively worn, damaging the motor
Damage to the clutch on core drills, such as the EHD2000/1801/1500
If repairs have been attempted by unauthorised persons or badly undertaken
SPARE PARTS
Spare parts lists and technical documentation are available on request
For service and repairs, email technical@eibenstock.co.uk advising the serial number, model and purchase date of your machine
Spares will only be supplied if they are to be fitted by a qualified power tool repair workshop
Use only genuine parts
Never attempt to open up the motor body or gearbox of the power tool, as this will invalidate the warranty
