Render Power Floats

EIBENSTOCK's render power floats are handheld machines featuring slow-speed motors and a high-torque, low-profile gearbox. Engineered for professionals, these power floats greatly improve work efficiency and reduce labour intensity compared to manual floating, ensuring a flawless finish while effectively closing up the surface. They can be used with a variety of render materials, including one-coat render (OCR), floating backing plasters, cement renders, gypsum plasters, and sand & cement renders.

The power float process recompacts the surface, helping to close up any cracks caused by rapid drying and reducing the likelihood of future cracking.

This method is especially effective for various applications, such as smoothing external render systems, flattening surfaces with a diamond float, and finishing one-coat renders and sand and cement surfaces. Additionally, power float finishes create a dense, polished surface that eliminates dust, providing a smooth, durable appearance.
