EHF 1400 Flooring Router | Ex-Demo

All of our "Ex-Demo" products have been meticulously serviced, safety checked and prepared by our in-house repair team, so they're ready to be put through their paces, straight out of the box.

Each product undergoes a complete multi-factor point check to ensure electrical and mechanical components are in suitable working order, and parts are replaced where necessary to ensure perfect operating condition. Our repair team will then assign a grade that takes into account the product's age, condition and overall wear. Any repair work always uses original manufacturer parts.

- Excellent Condition - may be lightly used, have minor cosmetic and mechanical wear and retain the majority of its original parts.

- Good Condition - may have slight cosmetic and mechanical wear from being used, and some parts may have been replaced.

- Fair Condition - may have used cosmetic and mechanical wear from repeated use, and most original parts may have been replaced.

All "Ex-Demo" products include a 6 month warranty period and are not eligible for extended warranty. Please contact us if you wish to learn more about product servicing. Product images shown serve as an example of a product which is in original, brand new condition.

EHF 1400 Router

The EHF 1400 router is a highly efficient machine designed for dust-free milling of slots in wooden dry screed floors, making it ideal for the cost effective installation of dry board underfloor heating systems. Engineered for both precision and versatility, it can also be used as a handheld tool in corner and edge areas where guided operation is not possible.

The adjustable parallel stop enables precise and uniform spacing between slots, ensuring clean and efficient installation layouts. The standard milling depth of 16mm provides compatibility with common dry board heating systems, while the larger disc allows milling depths of up to 18mm for system requiring deeper channels.
